Body Strength & Balance
Body Strength and Balance is a total body strength workout. Exercises will focus on functionality, own body weight, balance and core control to develop that inner strength that is important in everyday life.
Circuit Training is short intervals of both cardio and strength exercises. There is no choreography, the idea is to keep it simple, but hard. This class will enhance the participants conditioning as well as their strength.
